There are a number of scenarios that can lead to property damage.
*Home watch can create a constant presence of your unoccupied home.
*Prevent major water damage or leaks in your home.
*Prevent a full mail box with unpaid invoices.
*Prevent insect infestation inside your home..
.*Prevent your lawn and plants from drying out.
People who have their neighbors watch their home many times still hire a professional home watch company as well. Anderson Home Watch professionals are trained to look for problems as they begin. Anyone can come into your home to find a gushing water pipe under the kitchen sink, by then it is too late. Home watch professionals will many times see the drip before it becomes an all out broken pipe. Not to mention we are insured and bonded for your peace of mind.
Why is it best to have Anderson Home Watch as opposed to a neighbor?
Who conducts the home watch visit and completes the checklist?
We inspect homes on a weekly and bi weekly basis. the reason for this , it that most damage to a home is often a result of a water leak such as a roof or window leak or a backed up air conditioner. With weekly inspections, we can usually spot a problem and inform you so corrective action will minimize and contain any damage.
Our mission is to make it easy to find obvious home issues and avoid major damage to homeowners.
